HOW TO REGISTER

1. You can still register for the training program any Saturday morning after 7 a.m.
2. There are morning practice runs every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00-6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. for all level runners/walkers.
3. Participants will have the opportunity to sign up for a FREE one year subscription to Runner's World beginning Saturday, June 26 until July 31.

Where: UVA Track (near Klockner Stadium)
When: Saturdays: June 19 - August 28, 2010 at 7:30 am
What to bring: Water bottle and a large towel or a folding chair.
Cost:

$20.00 Registration Fee ($15 for CTC Members)
Includes a training manual and a book or reading material on women’s fitness.
Mother/daughter teams (age 14 and under - to train together) $30.00 per team (1 mother/1 daughter/1 training manual), additional daughters (under 14, training together) $10.00 each. Replaces previous Crazy Legs program.

Registration:

Bring the Registration Form to any Saturday training session at the track after 7 a.m.
Only cash or checks payable to W4MTP will be accepted.
